Have a look at the Salisbury F C Forum, seems the gossip has started, looks like K L have a history of picking on OAPS Kids and Women.
Should be interesting next season should we be in the same league!!

Oh its only Tonbridge you only want to have it with the oap,s etc, but your ok with football violance at non league level as long as they are up for it!
Lets get it straight once and for all you won 4-1 well done,no problem with that, most of the crowd great, stadium great.
You have a hooligan element that comes with being one of the best supported teams in the league, backed up by so far by two other DML teams on other forums.
If you want to play big boys games learn the rules and play by them or shut up!

What's failed to be mentioned so far is that there was a guy in a wheelchair in front of us behind the goal and yet the handful of morons still thought it would be a funny idea to rush us. I'm undecided on what bothers me more though, the incident and the KL 'fans' that caused it or the complete rubbish being posted on their forums and ours insisting our supporters were to blame.

I'm a little confused all the salisbury site does is quote accusations from the tonbridge site its says nothing of a history of picking on oaps, kids, children
if misquotes are flung around uncorrected then they tend to stick much more readily than the truth.
The kings lynn so called barmy army boys buried one of their 65 year boys/oaps last week ,my wife is disabled and my daughter was at the game do you really think anything was aimed at any of the above.
more a point of bad timing ,kings lynn scored as the kings lynn fans walked past the tonbrige fans and it got silly on both sides. apologies let the whole thing go and concentrate on getting a sponsor so the rest of the season is more interesting. by the way i am one of the kl barmy army not involved but not happy smiley

I believe Ray and others have already admitted this is the case so I don't think its necessary for you to try to down-play the situation before telling us to let it go.

Hi guys,
For what it's worth, I drove all the way up to King's Lynn to support the Angels and was standing about 10 yards away from the melee, so I wanted to contribute my penny's worth.
I was freezing my balls off in the second half and thinking about going to get a packet of Lemsip out of the car when KL scored their second goal at the other end. I cursed the heavens and looked towards the touchline to see what Alan Walker thought of it all, only to hear a cacophony of noise coming from behind my left earhole. I turned round and saw a woman in a skirt (who I presume to be KatieKate) in a heap on the floor, plus one Angel and one Linnet baying for eachother's blood while being restrained by various other people. I also clearly remember a very drunk looking Linnet shouting "I'm gonna f*****g 'ave you!!!" before several stewards stepped in and restored normality. I left before the final whistle to meet up with the girl of my dreams, so I missed whatever happened in the bar.
Anyway, that was my take on it and I think the time has come to forget about it and polish the drum for Folkstone on Saturday. Come on you ANGELS!
P.S. KatieKate, a skirt in the middle of winter? ARE YOU MAD??
